abide is a nu-metal band based in Marseille, France, inspired by the intensity and nostalgia of the early 2000s.
Formed by Tom Ungerer, bassist for Sam Fender, the band released its debut single lullaby lullaby in October 2025, followed by forget to pretend and done through Moth Lake Records.
